For those more interested in the “health” than the “fitness” part of the brand name, then the neighbouring Vitality Spa is the place to rejuvenate mind and soul - with a jacuzzi, heated loungers, plunge pool and a steam room. A larger pool in the complex also means that aquatic exercise classes are available as well as a weekly line dancing class!
